The man looked laid back, still clutching a cigarette in his left hand, and as he swallowed, he slid his right hand carelessly into the middle of the air.
And with every slide of his hand, a car would whiz past the mouth of the alleyway, crashing hard into a power pole or damaging someone else's shop.
Just as Li Hang was about to make a move, he suddenly spotted Liu Lili and his partner coming around from behind now.
Liu Lili pulled a pistol out of her pocket, aimed it at the man and shouted at him, "Don't move!
The man's hand paused and the cigarette inside his mouth fell to the ground.
He slowly put his hands up and then turned around to face Liu Lili.
Normally, if a criminal encountered Liu Lili, who was wearing a uniform and holding a pistol, the first thing he would do was to turn around and run away.
But this man didn't run away, and his face didn't look the least bit panicked, instead he wore a smile the whole time.
His hands were raised at the same time and he said smilingly to Liu Lili, "Aren't you guys a little late?"
"I've pretty much slid all the toy cars above this street, and was wondering if I should go to the next street to get some more."
Liu Li Li glared angrily at the man in front of her and shouted at him, "Why did you do that!?"
"Why? You ask me why, then I would like to know why you are doing this to me!?"
As he spoke, the man's hands, which had been raised high, suddenly lowered.
Liu Lili immediately shouted nervously, "Don't you move, if you move again, I'll shoot you."

The man had a cigarette in his mouth and kept walking towards Liu Lili.

The man with the cigarette in his mouth, coldly grunted at that moment, his right hand waved gently in the air.
Immediately afterwards, Liu Lili's partner's body flew up, as if pulled by some force, and hit the wall heavily.
The man's hand swayed from side to side, and Liu Lili's partner was even banging back and forth in the alleyway like a ball of leather.
